Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next. Others come because they’ve spent a long time wondering why they feel different than everyone else. Wherever you’re starting from, therapy can be a place to feel acknowledged, supported and gain a sense of direction.
I’m a licensed therapist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and outpatient settings. I support clients through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions with a thoughtful, practical approach.
Hi, I’m Tiffany Wright, a licensed psychotherapist who takes a holistic, mind–body approach to healing. I believe therapy isn’t just about understanding your thoughts — it’s about reconnecting with yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way.
I’ve been working in mental health since 2010 and have experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families in settings such as crisis programs, schools, and intensive outpatient care. Over time, my work has evolved to focus on helping people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach blends evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with Mindfulness and Somatic practices. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher with advanced training in therapeutic yoga, which informs how I help clients understand and regulate their nervous systems.
I’m especially passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with themselves — developing self-trust, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of identity. In our work together, we explore not only what’s happening in your life, but how your mind and body are responding to it.
My style is compassionate, grounded, and direct. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely supported while also developing practical tools for meaningful change.
My clients describe me as warm, compassionate and supportive. Our first steps will be creating a space where you feel safe. The therapy process is then guided by your needs and preferences. Together we will explore the issues that have brought you to therapy. Difficulties in life are normal. You are not alone. And you will have me by your side as we figure out what feels right for you, and what are the best ways for you to achieve your goals.
Hello! I'm Amber Romanyshyn, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Moravian College and my Master's Degree in Social Work from Marywood University.
I believe therapy is beneficial for everyone, whether you're going through a difficult time or trying to focus on self-improvement. I've been a therapist for over 17 years. I take pride in the work I do and always try to learn more by reading or attending trainings. I let clients tell me their stories and remain non-judgmental. My relationship with the client is a high priority, and I feel it's one of the most important parts of therapy. I prefer for clients to be in control of sessions but will provide direction as needed. I focus on client strengths and use a variety of strategies to help clients address the topics/issues of concern.
As a licensed professional counselor, I provide an empathetic approach to counseling. My goal is to create a trusting environment to build a positive therapeutic relationship. By doing this, my client is able to discuss those issues they may have never disclosed before.
My specialty is in behavior modification for children (beginning at 3 years old) and also trauma for children through adults. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, bereavement, ADHD, self-harm, mood disorders, personality disorders, and anger management. I use evidence-based therapy such as CBT, TF-CBT, and EMDR
I use a warm, non-judgmental approach to help clients better understand their patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving and to learn to cope and communicate in healthier ways.
I believe in the saying, “If you give a man a fish he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime.” I teach techniques that can be implemented to overcome current hurdles and are also transferrable to be used in the future as needs arise.
My approach is to work collaboratively with clients to meet them where they are and learn their goals and aspirations so that we can develop a plan together to overcome obstacles. I have experience and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. My work is focused on helping individuals and families that are struggling with mood and learning disorders, anxiety, trauma, and other challenges.
I primarily practice psychodynamic techniques, and also incorporate CBT, mindfulness, trauma focused, Family Dynamics, Family Systems, and other modalities as appropriate.
I have diverse experience working with children, families, and adults across settings including schools, homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, family court and juvenile justice systems, as well as those involved with DHS, foster care, and the adoption process.
Working with individuals & families experiencing and living with health challenges and/or disabilities is of particular interest to me.
I'm so glad you are here! My name is Dr. Monique C. Scott and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania. I have over 9 years of experience supporting individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create lasting change. I also serve as a clinical supervisor, which means I’m deeply engaged in both practicing and mentoring within the field. I believe that everyone is entitled to wellness and peace. My work is rooted in the idea that healing happens when you feel seen, heard, and supported, just as you are. I specialize in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. I also have a passion for supporting parents experiencing complicated grief related to raising a child on the Autism spectrum, offering a space where those layered emotions can be acknowledged and understood. While this is therapy, I invite you to show up as your full, authentic self, because I will do the same. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where we can explore even the most painful or uncomfortable topics together. Our work is collaborative, grounded in partnership, honesty, and trust. In our sessions, there is room for it all, laughter, tears, reflection, and growth. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m in it with you.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who has a passion for helping those of us who suffer with mental health issues. I have worked with people from all walks of life and with all mental health disorders. My whole goal as a therapist is to teach you the skills necessary to manage your mental health condition so that you can become empowered to lead the life that you desire. Essentially, it is my job to put myself out of business by teaching you the tools that will help you to no longer need a therapist.
You’ve got a lot going on. There are so many demands pulling you in every direction that it can feel impossible to find peace and show up as the best parent, partner, and employee you can be. And, while settling into the same routine has gotten you this far, it’s stopped being sustainable and has started to feel like a strain. If this sounds like you, I’m pleased to be a support for you and your family.
I’m Shiloh Johnson. My professional passion is aiding individuals, couples, and families address conflict, open lines of communication, and build better bonds. I had a spiritual calling towards counseling, and seeing my clients reach their goals and grow as people is exactly what God put on my heart to help fulfill. In our sessions, you can expect a blend of evidence-based practices and a warm, person-centered approach to help you find harmony in difficult circumstances.
I see a wide range of clients, with many types of presenting problems. I enjoy treating families, especially those with blended family issues, adults struggling with autism, mood disorders, or BPD, and those seeking general guidance. While I’m not currently a fit for those in active addiction or recovery, I am able to support loved ones in navigating this complex relationship. When not in session, I workout, play my guitar, and do home improvement projects.
Session for children and teenagers will be "in person" only.
I have openings for individual therapy clients only at this time.
My name is Cindy Kropp. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in providing compassionate, trauma-informed, mental health care for individuals seeking a more balanced and emotionally healthy way of living.
I am trained to provide individual therapy for older teens, young adults and seniors trying to navigate through their own stressors and discomfort related to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions and alcohol misuse and abuse.
Utilizing a strength-based and relational approach, and with a trauma-informed lens, a solid and client centered foundation is built between the client and I as the therapeutic process unfolds. From there, I work collaboratively with individuals to set goals while also exploring her/his own thoughts and feelings as related to the challenges and struggles in their own lives.
This work is achieved through the integration of cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, narrative therapy and mindfulness-based stress reduction. As we work through this therapeutic process together, clients are able to identify how their own hopes and dreams of living a more peaceful, happy and abundant life can become a reality.
I believe all individuals have worth and value and need to have an opportunity to make life what they have always imagined!

I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.
Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.

Hi there! I'm assuming you made it to my page because life has gotten particularly difficult and you're searching for some sort of direction or confirmation that "you are not crazy for feeling that way". We are not crazy for feeling - and therapy can help assist you in understanding why some emotions are more difficult to feel than others. Recovery is about learning tolerance; not forgetting and dismissing your experiences. I am experienced in working in both outpatient offices and inpatient hospital settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, substance use / other addictions, anxiety, and serious mental illness. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about vulnerability and accountability and then applying both for results.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and solution-focused, providing a balance of empathy and insight. As an individual and a couples therapist, I strive to create an environment where both men and women feel comfortable and engaged in the process. Whether you're looking to improve your mental health or your relationships, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
I am a psychologist with over thirty years of experience working with adults and children. My goal is to listen and be present with you as you share what you feel is getting in your way of being happy and successful in life. I will challenge you gently where it seems this is needed and help you develop new ways of understanding and handling existing challenges. I can help you if you are having relationship issues you are trying to figure out or resolve, whether they be past or present. I can help you if you can't stop a maladaptive habit or behavior that bothers you. I will listen and validate if you need to process a prior trauma to help you move beyond it or address current stressors in your life.
My clients come to me because they want to deepen and strengthen their relationships - not just with each other, but with themselves. They want to understand the family and societal systems that shaped them into who they are today, and to heal old wounds and trauma so that they can move forward from a place of strength, healing, and connection. Many of my clients exist at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, and have struggled to find a therapist who will understand and not further stigmatize their identities, and who is committed to unlearning systems of oppression. I seek to provide a healing space for them.
I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, Narrative, & Gottman therapies in my work, as well as specializing in working with LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to help clients understand and articulate different "parts" of themselves, and deepen their curiosity and compassion for the parts that present barriers to healing.
My constant intention is to provide culturally sensitive and affirming care, as well as a safe and affirming space for you to explore your strengths and challenges. I welcome feedback at every step of the process - communication is the backbone of any relationship, including the therapeutic one! I look forward to hearing from you and taking our next step.

I’m Nadya Gifeisman, a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania, where I have been providing therapy for over 20 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and posttraumatic stress disorder, as well as people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. I know life can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed by pain no one else fully sees. I believe God meets us tenderly in those hardest moments and restores our strength. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” externally, while internally feeling anxious, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed. Many of the women I work with are balancing the invisible mental load of motherhood, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, loneliness.
In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
I'm Steven Mollura, the therapist who brings enlightenment by exploring the darkness. Together we face what you fear most, reclaim wholeness, and step fully into truth. Direct, no-nonsense mental health service that helps you break free from limiting beliefs and step into the life you deserve.
This isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about ending the war inside you. For those who want peace within and without.
If you are looking for someone to hold your hand while you let the world beat you to death, look elsewhere. I'm not for you. If you're ready to walk into hell, I'm ready to walk right next to you.
The first step is yours. Are you coming?
I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating the ups and downs of life, meeting you wherever you are in your mental health journey and helping you build on the strengths you already have. I believe therapy can bring clarity, ease distress, uncover what truly matters to you, and support you in moving forward. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and find your way toward greater understanding, balance, and well-being.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to our work, creating an environment where you can feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind. My approach is calm, lighthearted, and sometimes a little quirky. If you’re a dog lover, I’d be happy to introduce you to my furry “co-therapists,” who are always eager for attention.
Hi, I’m Kelly Tamburro, LPC. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who helps high achievers, caregivers, and young adults break out of anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. I rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand your patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical skills that actually make life feel lighter.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. On the outside, you might be the responsible one, the strong one, or the one people rely on, but inside you may feel exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to slow down. You don’t have to keep holding everything by yourself.
My style is warm, calm, and collaborative. I provide a nonjudgmental space to process trauma, gain insight, and learn tools that support long-term healing. While my Grow practice is fully virtual, I bring a nature-informed perspective to therapy, using grounding, mindfulness, and nature-based reflection to help you feel more centered and connected wherever you are.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more deeply, find relief from stress and trauma symptoms, and rebuild your sense of balance and confidence, I’d love to support you.
My approach is person-centered — I believe in meeting each client exactly where they are, with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Whether you’re navigating stress, change, or personal growth, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I am looking forward to support you through each transition life to meet your goals for therapy.
I’m a husband and dad to three boys (ages 16, 13 and 8), and family is a huge part of my life. We live on a 20-acre homestead where we raise chickens, goats, pigs, and cows, and we spend a lot of time in the garden. Life on the farm keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of patience, hard work, and slowing down to enjoy what really matters. Faith and community are also central for me. I’m actively involved in my church, and I see my work as an extension of that calling to walk alongside others.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak. Alongside my therapy work, I am starting a tech start-up, I’ve run an online store, and I even dabble in Bitcoin mining. I enjoy the challenge of building things from the ground up and thinking outside the box. I also read a lot, and my libertarian leanings have been shaped by writers like Murray Rothbard. The conservative/libertarian focus on freedom, personal responsibility and low time preference connects deeply with how I approach life and therapy: we’re at our best when we are free to live with responsibility in society, own our choices, and pursue truth apart from coercion.
When it comes to therapy itself, I integrate my faith with practical, proven methods. I use Christian Counseling, CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method to help people grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. My goal is to give you a space where your values are respected, your faith is honored, and you feel equipped to face life’s challenges with hope and clarity.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the importance of faith, family, freedom, and practical tools for change, I’d love to walk with you on your journey.
I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it.
In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. Through a collaborative and supportive process, we build both insight and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Over time, this work often leads to healthier relationships, improved emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.

You might be wondering if therapy is really worth it—whether it can actually help, and if it’s worth the effort it takes to find the right therapist, commit to sessions, and face difficult thoughts or past experiences. That uncertainty makes sense. Therapy asks for both courage and vulnerability, and it’s okay to feel unsure. In many ways, that uncertainty can be the first step toward meaningful change.
My approach starts with understanding you- who you are, what you’re dealing with, and how to best organize what you need. From there, we choose a direction that fits. Depending on your goals and comfort level, I may draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or a more reflective, person-centered approach. The goal is to keep the work both meaningful and useful.

Therapy helped change my life. Now, it's my honor as a therapist to help you change yours. I work with my clients by helping them speak more compassionately to themselves, make changes they've been struggling to address on their own, process difficult thoughts and feelings, and live their life aligned to their truest values. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people—their inner worlds, their relationships, and their capacity for growth. Before entering the field, I found myself drawn again and again to conversations that went beneath the surface. During my training, I was especially moved by work with individuals navigating complex relational histories, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm. I saw how transformative it could be to have someone really listen—to not just problem-solve, but to bear witness with care. That experience deepened my commitment to relational and psychodynamic therapy, and to creating spaces where healing can happen through insight, connection, and trust. What continues to motivate me is seeing clients uncover strength, hope, or clarity they didn’t realize was there. I believe in therapy not just as a space to “fix” something, but as a way to reconnect with yourself and your agency in the world.

I also assist clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and can provide relationship and couples counseling as well. I have been practicing for over 10 years and have an empathetic and passionate approach. I love working with all ages however age 10 and above appears to work well for online therapy.
Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Have you been feeling depressed and isolated? Are you struggling with worry and fears? Are you finally ready to take that step and talk with someone? I understand how meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel scary and overwhelming. I work very hard to provide a safe space where clients can feel free to openly talk about what they are struggling with. I have been working with clients for 22 years to help them identify their goals and figure out what they need to move forward and experience a happier, more fulfilling life.
My name is Kim Ring and I have had the opportunity to work in many different settings in the mental health field, such as outpatient, inpatient, drug and alcohol rehabs, and home-based work. Because of my vast experience I have worked with many types of clients where I have gained invaluable experience. I have worked with clients struggling with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, life adjustment issues, grief and loss and parenting issues. I have had clients tell me they like my approach because I am genuine and direct. I believe that in order to help clients we need to put a mirror to them and be honest about what might be holding them back. Sometimes people just need support and someone to help them navigate a difficult time. I look forward to meeting you.
Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.
I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.
Hello there! My name is April and I have been in this field for 10 years now. My main goal is to make a space for you and your healing journey. Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
Hello! My name is Jackie, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and work toward feeling more grounded, confident, and aligned with what you want for your life.
My work is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion. I support adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life changes, and I’m especially mindful of how stress, caregiving roles, and chronic overwhelm can impact mental health. Whether you’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or simply in need of extra support, you deserve a space that feels safe, validating, and judgment-free.
