Nikole is a Masters Level Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Widener University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. She has experience working with the mental health population in an inpatient hospital setting, outpatient therapy setting, and as a school-based counselor. Nikole has worked with a variety of clients and most often those experiencing depression, anxiety, mood instability challenges, chronic illness, and post-traumatic stress symptoms. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy
Nikole conducts a full intake appointment that includes a background history, PHQ-9, and client specific questions for the first session in order to develop a plan for treatment and understand the client's goals.
I balance emotional support with forward-focused growth, ensuring clients feel both understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. My work is strengths-driven, helping individuals recognize their resilience and build confidence, while also providing practical, solution-focused strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I incorporate a relational lens to deepen insight into interpersonal patterns and past experiences, supporting lasting change beyond symptom relief. Above all, I take a collaborative and individualized approach, working closely with clients to ensure therapy is relevant, actionable, and aligned with their personal goals and values.

By providing education about mental health symptoms, coping strategies, and evidence-based practices, I support clients in becoming more confident and active participants in their own treatment.
