New to Grow
Feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about yourself and where you're headed? Whatever it is that led you here, I'm glad you're here—you don't have to carry it on your own. Overwhelming feelings and disruptive cycles are natural reactions to past trauma, painful experiences, and societal expectations or harm. As a therapist, my aim is to provide a space to navigate the path forward and connect with your true self. My style is described as warm, caring, collaborative, and real. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a therapy space that feels meaningful and authentically human—with room for humor along the way. In my experience, levity and laughter are a natural part of building a safe, supportive environment to explore the challenges and hurt that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you connect with your inherent strengths and discover your ability to grow and thrive.
You can expect our first session to be relaxed—this is our time to connect and begin to create a foundation of safety and trust. Going at a pace that feels comfortable to you, I'll ask you questions about what brought you here, your past and present experiences, your relationships, while focusing on what feels important to you. I also will invite you to ask questions or share any concerns as they come up. My intention is to learn about you, your story, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. At the end of our time, we will check in to see if we're a good fit to work together and move forward from there.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is showing up in a genuine and honest way. My own experiences and ongoing journey both shape and deepen my passion for supporting others through difficult times and finding a path forward. I believe humans hold all of the tools necessary for healing within us and know that life can skew our vision and understanding of this. By creating an authentic, compassionate therapeutic foundation, I work with clients to access those inner strengths and move towards growth and healing.
I'm best positioned to work with teens, young adults, and adults who may be looking for support with: -Major life transitions or changes -Complex or relational trauma -Emotional overwhelm, burnout, or difficulty regulating emotions -Grief and loss -Relationship challenges, conflict, or difficulty connecting with themselves or others -Identity exploration and development, including sexual and gender identity -Questions around meaning, purpose, and personal growth

Relational
Healing happens through connection. With a relational approach, I meet each client where they are at with my authentic self, rather than as a "blank slate," to develop our therapeutic relationship. With this approach, we can begin to explore the impact of your past and present relationships, while utilizing the therapeutic space and rapport to repair, build trust, and develop healthier ways of communicating.
Eclectic
I use an eclectic approach, which means I combine various evidenced-based techniques and theoretical models to tailor therapy to my clients and their unique needs. This approach allows for flexibility and adaptability to my clients and their individual journey. I often use tools from Family Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and other trauma-informed attachment-based models.
Gender-affirming therapy
I use an intersectional, gender-affirming approach that recognizes how identity, stigma, and societal systems can impact mental health and overall well-being. I work alongside clients to explore their sense of self, navigate stress and systemic challenges, and connect with resources that support their individual needs and goals. My aim is to create a warm, supportive, and affirming space where folks can feel safe, respected, understood, and empowered to show up as themselves.
