At my core, I am a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion. I am especially drawn to the moments in therapy where people feel safe enough to speak honestly about the parts of themselves they've carried alone. I value depth, authenticity, humor, and the relief that comes from being fully human in the room with another person. I have come to deeply value my work with adults and people navigating life transitions, grief, identity shifts, meaning, and the emotional complexity that comes with living a full life.

In out first session, we will do an extensive intake where I ask you questions about personal history, symptoms and goals.

At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the human experience. I am drawn to the stories people carry - the parts of themselves they share easily, and the parts they have hidden away for years. My strength lies in helping people explore their lives with honesty, curiosity, and self-compassion rather than judgment. I create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being fully human - messy, uncertain, grieving, growing, laughing, and everything in between. I believe healing happens when humans develop a deeper understanding of themselves and great capacity to navigate life's challenges with courage and self-acceptance.
