Are you ready for a new perspective on life? Tired of feeling anxious, hopeless, or overwhelmed? Hi, I'm Erica and I'm here to help you address and work through whatever's keeping you from living the life you desire. If anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, or trauma are holding you back, let’s work through it and reframe your experience so you can live life on your terms. Together, we will identify triggers, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop healthy coping skills. Whether you're new to therapy or ready to dig deep, I’m here for you. I'm here to listen to you, empathize with you, and challenge you to make the changes you want in your life. With compassion and openness, let's get started on your therapeutic journey! What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I provide a therapeutic space that is safe and compassionate while offering a non-judgemental, person-centered approach. I am here to help you process your past so you can live fully in your present and be optimistic about your future. While my goal is that you leave each session with more self-awareness and self-love, your goals will drive each session. What do you want out of our sessions together?

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a person-in-environment approach to treatment. This means that I see you as an individual who is impacted by people, systems, and society. Instead of figuring out what’s “wrong” with you, let’s look at what happened in your life to shape what you believe, what you think, and how you show up in the world. During sessions, I like to incorporate treatment methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with women and children in many settings including schools, hospitals, and housing programs. I am continually reminded of the strength and resilience women possess. I am also routinely made aware of the injustice and collective trauma women face every day. Supporting women and adolescents through the therapeutic process is both a passion and a privilege of mine. Ladies, we all need an extra hand sometimes, and you don't need to face it alone!
