Are you struggling in your relationship? I have been a therapist for 16yrs and have helped thousands of people overcome their unwelcome feelings and get back to being themselves again. Together we will work to process through stressors and past trauma that is contributing to these negative feelings. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help develop more adaptive ways of thinking thereby reducing unwanted symptoms. I look forward to working with you!
In our first session we will review background information, discuss concerns, and develop a treatment plan together.
