What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I would love to partner with you on your life’s journey—embracing its lessons, challenges, and opportunities for healing and growth. My hope is that your emotional, social, and psychological needs are met with care and intention. My goal is to support and guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself. Together, we will strive for better health, stronger relationships, and undeniable personal growth.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that true growth happens when we combine gained knowledge with our life experiences. Over the years, I’ve learned so much—not just through study, but by living and learning, just like you! Life has been my greatest teacher, and I’m here to listen, relate, and support you in your own journey of growth. In our work together, we can turn challenges into opportunities for healing, resilience, and growth. I am happy to work alongside you in creating your specific path toward the wellness, growth and fulfillment you seek (and deserve). Your emotional, social, and psychological well-being matters. My goal is to support you in becoming YOUR best version of yourself—one step at a time.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am committed to meeting clients where they are, fostering a genuine and supportive relationship throughout our work together. My practice is diverse and inclusive, and I welcome individuals from all walks of life. While I primarily work with women and children ages 7-16, I don’t believe in defining one "ideal" client. The only essential is a willingness to seek help and support. If you're ready to embark on a journey of healing and growth, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is a type of therapy that helps people manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping skills. This is my most common form of therapy due to the specialized population of women and children.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. This is my favorite form of therapy and used for most deep psychotherapy sessions as it helps you gain self-awareness and personal growth.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is a collaborative therapy approach that helps you explore and resolve any ambivalence about making changes in your life. This is the modality used when monitoring the new skills or thought patterns introduced to self assess alongside clients their areas of and for growth.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is my secondary commonly used modality for changing behavior, often used alongside Motivational or Mindfulness. By learning new ways of thinking and reacting, you can improve how you feel and cope with challenges more effectively.

Christian Counseling

Christian counseling integrates faith as well as psychological principles. This is a modality used only by request and is serves as a means to navigate life’s challenges by drawing on spiritual beliefs and biblical teachings.
