Life in today’s world can be challenging, especially when dealing with feelings of anxiety, depression, or other daily life stressors. I’m Josh, and I have built my career working with adolescents and adults to help them achieve meaningful change and regain control that may be lost during struggles with emotions and overthinking. If you are ready to take action towards making these changes, I could be a suitable option for you. There is no need to wait any longer to start feeling like yourself again, so let's begin the process.
Our first session will be focused on getting acquainted and gathering the necessary information to identify your goals for therapy. This session will last around 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions will follow the plan we have created to help you reach your desired outcomes and get you back to being your best self.
One of my primary strengths as a clinician is establishing a strong connections with my clients, ensuring that therapy feels safe and approachable. My priority is to create a secure environment for my clients to explore and process their issues. You possess the expertise regarding your own life; my role is to assist you in achieving your objectives and progressing towards a better future.
I help motivated people make positive transformation in their lives by giving them the tools they need to develop lasting change, one thought at a time.

Josh is very direct and open. Great listener and tells me what needs to be said. He helps me see things in a different view and gives me goals to work on.
Over the course of my career, I have most frequently used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients. I believe that changing thinking, helps change behavior and this occurs by making connections between your thoughts, behavior, and feelings.
Another approach that I use in my sessions in an Interpersonal Approach to therapy, which helps with resolving interpersonal conflicts, improving communication skills, and enhancing interpersonal relationships.
