I received my Master's from the University of Southern California and I enjoy working with people to help them become the best version of themselves. Hi there, my name’s Ephraim Tokar. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20+ years of experience. My specialties consist of relationships, men’s issues, career counseling, and psychosomatic illnesses. I received my Bachelors degree in Child Psychology, working initially with the adolescent population before transitioning over to adults. I then received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Dr. Tahra Narges Nadim, Psya.D, LMHC, LPC is a licensed and compassionate psychoanalytic psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience. She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychoanalysis from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. Dr. Nadim provides individual, child, and family therapy with a clear, structured, and evidence-based approach. She integrates psychoanalytic insight with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand deep emotional patterns while also gaining practical tools they can use in daily life. Her work focuses on helping clients regulate emotions, reduce anxiety and overthinking, improve self-esteem, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, supporting clients in creating meaningful and lasting change—not just insight, but real progress they can feel in their lives.

Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.
