New to Grow
Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist who believes that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, and moments where they may feel stuck or uncertain about their direction. I strive to create a supportive, thoughtful space where clients can explore their experiences, build practical tools, and reconnect with a sense of clarity and personal growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and any patterns or experiences that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. My goal is to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported while we start identifying meaningful steps forward. We'll proceed at your pace.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and holistic, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing involves the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. I integrate evidence-based talk therapy with mind-body and energy-informed approaches, tailoring our work to each client’s unique needs and pace. I strive to create an environment that is open-minded, supportive, and free of judgment, where clients feel comfortable exploring not only their challenges but also their strengths and potential.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
You may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, or relationship challenges and want to reconnect with a more aligned and fulfilling version of their lives. Together, we explore patterns that may be holding you back and work toward healthier, more sustainable ways of thinking and being that support long-term fulfillment.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In therapy, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—known as the cognitive triangle. By understanding how these patterns interact, we can begin to identify beliefs or thought cycles that may be contributing to feeling stuck.
Integrative
I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I blend different therapeutic methods to support each person’s unique journey. Together we may explore thoughts, emotional patterns, life experiences, and the mind-body connection while using practical tools to support change. This flexible approach allows therapy to be both reflective and action-oriented, helping you gain insight, develop new skills, and move toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I emphasize the mind-body connection, recognizing that your thoughts influence not only your emotions but your physical experience as well. As you learn to reshape unhelpful thought patterns, you often begin to experience greater clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of alignment in your life.
Strength-Based
Rather than focusing only on problems, we work together to recognize personal strengths and successes that can support growth and change. This approach helps you develop greater confidence in your ability to navigate challenges while creating a more empowering and balanced perspective on your experiences.
