My style is explorational, affirmative and always respectful of where you’ve come from and the goals you’d like to meet in the coming days. I am a Board-Certified Fellow in the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress licensed in Massachusetts and Florida, and I have earned two Masters degrees--my second Masters is in Counseling Psychology.

I listen, and I give clients the time and the space to develop their thoughts and speak them in a way that not only gets their message across but also respects the journey they've been on. They can count on my respect and patience.
I've been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy successfully with a variety of issues that people are concerned about such as depression, anxiety, relationships and more.
