The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My ideal client comes to session willing to engage and motivated to change. The issues can be broad, as long as the client is able to remain honest and open to therapeutic interventions. The client desires a change and understands this is not something occurring instantaneously in one session, rather it is a process taking time and treatment planning. In our first session, we will determine to the best of our abilities whether we are a good fit! As much as you would be committing to the service, I will also be committing to be your provider. I look forward to working together and supporting you towards your goals!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach to CBT is individualized and trauma-informed. I recognize that clients may have different levels of readiness, cognitive flexibility, and ability to engage in structured interventions. I therefore adapt CBT techniques to the client’s developmental level, presenting concerns, strengths, and goals. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients develop practical, sustainable skills that increase emotional regulation, improve coping, challenge unhelpful thinking, and support meaningful behavioral change.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I adapt my Person-Centered approach to each client’s developmental level, presenting concerns, cultural background, strengths, and readiness for change. When appropriate, I integrate additional evidence-based interventions while maintaining the person-centered relationship as the foundation of treatment. Ultimately, my goal is to help clients feel empowered, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
