I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2011. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety and life stressors / transitions along with those looking to gain greater self confidence, establish better boundaries and improve their relationships. I provide both in person and virtual 60 minute sessions. I have office space in Albany, NY. I will provide you the support, encouragement and feedback needed to take the next step in your life. Together we will work through your life challenges and obstacles. It would be an honor to join you on your journey towards a happier, healthier life.
During the first 1-2 sessions, I will create a space to explore "your story" including experiences and important people in your life growing up into adulthood. By end of 2nd session, we will begin to establish goals for therapy and how to best utilize our time together.
I will provide you with a compassionate, caring, and non-judgmental approach.
Therapy is about YOU! Most of us spend the majority of our day meeting the demands of others through work, family, friends, children. Therapy is YOUR time. **Please note that I only specialize in individual counseling. I would be happy to provide additional resources for family or couples counseling if needed**
