New to Grow
Hello and thank you for taking the time to review my page. I am currently accepting new clients for my Telehealth Therapy practice, offering valuable mental health services. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside individuals on their journey to prioritize wellness in their lives. With experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages in various settings—including homes, schools, outpatient clinics, and through online therapy—I strive to meet diverse needs.
I offer a range of evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Therapy. By working collaboratively to develop a personalized, person-centered treatment plan from the outset, my clients feel empowered and secure to explore what is important to them. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, change, peace, and joy. This belief drives my efforts to help others overcome obstacles, explore their personal identities, and build resilience and strengths to navigate life's challenges.
