I received my masters from Northcentral University in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been practicing for 6 years. I have worked with individuals of all backgrounds. I help couples resolve conflict and increase intimacy and also help individuals struggling with a sense of self discover their strength, defeat their fears and challenges so they can achieve their goals and thrive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will get to know each other and build rapport. After initial introducions, we will discuss the background of the issues that brought you to therapy. I will be asking a few assessment questions to understand how those issues have impacted different aspects of your life. We will also dicuss your expectations about therapy and the goals you would like to achieve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I approach each individual and each case with sensitivity and compassion with the understanding that we are all different and we all have struggles. I make sure to listen closely so your story is validated . I believe that even tough we may have struggles, each one of us also has trenghts and ability to make change happen with the right tools.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with adult individuals who are tired of feeling stuck in the same unhealthy and unproductive patterns and who are ready for change. I help them understand the root cause of their struggle, discover the what is not working or contributing to the negastive patterns. I teach them the effective skills they need so they can transform their lives.
