I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. I have several advanced degrees in counseling and psychology, including a doctorate. I have been working with individuals at some level of counseling for 20 years but have been working as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at various stages as I worked toward licensure for nearly 10 years. I like to take a short-term goal-oriented approach in my work with clients.
In their first session, clients can expect a thorough information-gathering session in which I get to know the clients and their needs.
My greatest strength as a provider is my desire to assist individuals to identify issues they are facing and develop appropriate ways to face them.
I am best positioned to serve individuals looking for short-term, goal-oriented work, individuals who would simply like to discuss issues they are facing or anybody who feels I am a good fit for their needs.
I use CBT to help those I work with develop new and helpful ways of thinking. This helps individuals learn how to better deal with life situations and decrease distress.

Patrick is extremely easy to speak to. He listens and gives his non biased advice. The easiest part was opening up to him because he is so warm and gives great feedback.
