Marina Williams
If you’ve spent a long time feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or weighed down by things from your past, you don’t have to carry all of that on your own. Nor do you need to change who you are. You deserve to feel more like yourself, not less. My work is about getting to know the real you and nurturing the strengths, intuition, and resilience you already have. I’m here to offer a space where you can be supported and understood without judgment. I’m on your side.
When it feels helpful and aligned with your comfort level, I offer optional tools like tarot to explore symbolism and inner meaning.
First session
I specialize in helping adults heal from childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. When we can’t let go of past experiences, it’s often because a part of us is still trying to understand what happened. Gaining clarity helps us release self-blame and move forward with confidence. In our first session together, we’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and what support you're looking for right now. You’ll leave with a sense of clarity and direction for our work together.
Strengths
My approach combines evidence-based therapy with a deeper exploration of the patterns and experiences that shape your life. Dream interpretation, developing intuition and your special gifts are all part of the work I do. When it feels supportive and aligned with your comfort level, I may offer optional tools such as tarot for reflection and insight. These tools are never required, they are simply available for those who find them meaningful.
Ideal clients
In sessions, I’m an active and engaged participant. I’ll walk alongside you, help you connect the dots, and hold a space where you can feel good about who you are and where you're going. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to begin healing and moving toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself, I’m here to help. I work best with clients who are looking for clarity, insight, and long-term growth rather than crisis-focused care.
Treatment methods
Psychodynamic
I’m drawn to Jungian therapy because it looks beyond symptoms and explores the deeper meaning behind what we’re experiencing. I believe that part of becoming more fully ourselves involves getting to know the pieces of ourselves that may have been wounded, pushed aside, or hidden along the way. Jung called this process individuation. For me, therapy is about helping those different parts come together so that we can better understand who we are and live in a way that feels more whole and authentic.
