Hi, I’m Tammy Andrade-De La Isla, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I’m here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered. I believe that therapy should feel like a collaborative process, one where we work together to explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and support your personal growth.
I earned my degree from Humboldt State University, where I dedicated my studies to exploring decolonizing mental health practices. This perspective continues to influence how I approach my work with clients, always taking into account the larger context, including cultural, historical, and systemic factors that may impact your well-being.
I have a strong passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, and I strive to bring a strength-based, affirming approach to everything I do. I genuinely believe in the resilience of the human spirit and feel privileged to support people as they navigate life’s challenges, work through trauma, and move toward a more connected and empowered version of themselves.
Whether you're exploring your identity, experiencing a life transition, or simply looking for someone who will truly listen, I am here to support you.
Hello, my name is David Tucker and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Drama Therapist. I have clinical experience working with individuals struggling with various mental health ailments from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. I have worked and continue to work in counseling individuals of all ages and from many different backgrounds. I have experience counseling children, adolescents, and their families, adults, and children at in-patient behavioral psych hospitals, adolescents in high schools and middle schools as well as adults and children in a clinical setting.
I grew up in a small town in Hawaii, then came to Southern California and began studying psychology in 2001. I completed my master’s degree at Fuller School of Psychology in 2010 and served children and families at a community mental health agency for 10 years, also starting a private practice 8 years ago. While I loved island life, I’ve put down roots here through friendships, involvement in my community, and my love of LA’s cultural diversity.
Greetings! My name is Dr. Kate Dunn. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY32472) with ten years of experience treating many different mental health diagnoses, challenges, and symptoms. I have a background working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, addictive behaviors, and major life stressors. I see clients of all ages 18+ utilizing a tailored, culturally-sensitive, empathic, and related approach. I blend humanistic, existential, cognitive, and behavioral modalities depending on the comfort and preferences of each client. I strongly believe that cultivating a safe and trusting therapeutic connection creates the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. My ultimate goal is that therapy is a positive and beneficial experience for each person that I work with. In my free time I enjoy yoga, meditation, rescuing dogs, and spending time at the ocean.
Hey there!
Maybe you're here because life hasn't been feeling quite right lately.
Maybe you're dealing with anxiety or depression. Maybe you've been feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what you want anymore. From the outside, things might look fine, but inside, you're wondering, Is this really how I want to keep living?
I've always believed that you don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. And therapy isn't about me giving you all the answers. It's about creating a space where we can slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and figure out what comes next.
I work primarily with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and that feeling of being lost or stuck. Our sessions aren't meant to be you sitting quietly while I ask you question after question. I like therapy to be engaging, practical, and collaborative. Bring a pen and notebook. We'll talk, reflect, feel, make connections, and come up with things you can actually try between sessions.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, insight-oriented and solution-focused therapy. I also have EMDR therapy training and am a Certified Breath Coach, giving us different ways to work depending on what you need.
You don't need to arrive with everything figured out.
We can start from wherever you are.

I believe in meeting every person with respect, compassion, and genuine care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can explore what you’re going through and tailor the process to your unique needs. One of my specialty approaches is Clinical Hypnotherapy (Aka: Hypnosis). The progress that clients can make with this sort of therapy never ceases to amaze me. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I’m also happy to provide a superbill after each session that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. While I can’t guarantee coverage, many clients have been reimbursed for a significant portion of the cost (sometimes up to 80%).

I often focus on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, relationships, and building a stronger sense of self worth, while pulling from approaches like CBT, DBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy. I also provide Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for clients who want to work more directly on trauma. We can explore whether CPT is the right approach for you based on your needs and goals. Sessions are primarily offered by video.

Hi, I’m Jacey! I am a therapist who believes in showing up with warmth, authenticity, and no judgment. I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself while we explore whatever life is bringing your way. My approach is genuine and collaborative, yet still challenging, with a focus on helping you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow in all the ways you desire.
I often work with ambitious individuals, high achievers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and entertainers who are driven to succeed but may be navigating the pressure, self-doubt, or uncertainty that can come with it.
I work with adults who carry a lot — often more than others realize. On the outside, you may seem capable and grounded. On the inside, anxiety feels persistent, old experiences still surface, and the ways you've been coping may no longer be working. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, a major life transition, or patterns that keep pulling you back, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and build something more sustainable. With over 10 years in mental health, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally aware perspective to every session — focused on your whole story, not just your symptoms.
Do you wonder if your life could feel better than it currently does? I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, including postpartum anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and other life challenges.
In this therapeutic process, we work together to help bring you closer to what truly matters to you and help create change and healing in your life. I use evidence-based techniques, which includes EMDR along with a variety of other treatment modalities. I am EMDR Certified.
Therapy can help you create a sense of safety and nurturing within, whether you’ve lost that feeling along the way or never had it to begin with. I strongly believe in the brain’s tendency towards resilience and its innate ability to heal itself with support. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, open-minded, and respectful environment, and I believe that a collaborative relationship is critical to therapeutic success. Let’s work together to help you find the healing you are needing. Here is my website if you want to read more about what I offer: www.SamanthaStermonTherapy.com

Hi,
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in California. For the past 10 years I have worked with children and adults to address issues with trauma, self esteem, anger management, crisis management, suicide ideation, relationships, anxiety and depression. In Addition, I am certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Functional Family Therapy and as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, addictions, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy is a journey inward—one that honors the mind, heart, and spirit and can ultimately create greater peace, connection, and satisfaction in life.
My work is grounded in the belief that we each have inner strengths and wisdom that can become difficult to access when we are overwhelmed by loss, change, painful experiences, or long-standing patterns. Therapy can help us reconnect with those strengths, develop new ways of coping, and move toward a greater sense of clarity and self-compassion. I sometimes think of this as reconnecting with our Best Self—rediscovering the qualities within us that allow us to live more authentically .
I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology and have trained in grief and loss, community mental health, psychiatric settings, and addiction treatment as well as maintaining a private practice. I am committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore what is difficult while also discovering their capacity for growth and change.
My approach is integrative and relational. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns; mindfulness and acceptance-based practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion; and existential/spiritual perspectives to explore meaning , authenticity and purpose.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we make space for your experiences, your relationships, your losses, and the transitions you are facing—while honoring the wisdom you have gained along the way. Whether you are seeking relief from emotional pain, navigating a significant life change, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself and your life, therapy can offer an opportunity to reconnect with what is strong, meaningful, and alive within you.

Hi! I'm Dr. Chelsea Acker, a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise working with children and adolescents. I'm experienced with a range of concerns, but I have specialized training in treating trauma, suicidality, and early psychosis.
In 2019, I graduated from the PAU-Stanford PsyD Consortium, where I trained at the Stanford School of Medicine's psychiatry department and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital's program at a local high school. I attended internship (our version of residency, more or less) at the UC Davis Medical Center, where I received world-class training in the treatment of childhood trauma and early psychosis, both separately and together. I then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Chicago Child Trauma Center, where I continued to build my expertise in the treatment of childhood trauma. After that, I worked at Kaiser Permanente, Oakland, for two and a half years, where I specialized in working with children and adolescents with complex, persistent symptom presentations, who had often been hospitalized multiple times for safety concerns and struggled to make progress with previous therapists.
I am trained in depth psychology and my specialties are trauma-informed care, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, depression, stress and anxiety as it relates to trauma. I offer skills to handle distress, grief, adjustment to change and discomfort in your own body and life. I will work with you to set boundaries, realize the difference between hurting someone's feelings and a person having feelings about the boundaries you set. I help individuals, couples and families. I help people met their needs and wants in an effective way. I strive to treat everyone with unconditional positive regard and help you live your best life.
I graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with my BS in social science and received my MA in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have worked in a variety of settings and enjoy working with individuals and couples. With my sociology and psychology background, I look at the systemic issues in society as well as specific issues that are affecting your ability to lead a full, rich life.
I was a victim of narcissistic abuse and learned skills, including boundaries, to set myself free and heal. Learning to say no, learning to regulate your nervous system, to let go of old patterns of behaviors that no longer serve, are all keys to moving towards healing, peace and calm. I can help you protect your energy and calm.
You are enough. You matter to me. I would love the honor of collaborating with you to unlock your full potential and bring joy, peace and contentment to your life. I strive to be authentic and transparent and I meet you where you’re at. Let’s observe, without judgment, what’s working and what’s not and work together to bring you back to your true self.
I am a Licensed California Therapist along with many other certifications so I may support clients on thier journey. I am trained, experienced and skilled in a variety of modalities aside from talk therapy. We will attune to methods that will be effective and gentle. On this platform I work with Adults and Parents through telehealth. Clients often, utilize other means of expression such as expressive arts, meditation , grounding, spirituality, writing, journaling and photo therapy technique. So often clients , have other ways of expression which I identify to possibly try out.
