About me

Hello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from California University of Pennsylvania and have been in the field for 10 years. I help individuals struggling with a range of issues from Anxiety & Depression to substance use and even sexually related issues. I find the work of therapy very rewarding and usually describe my work as 90% enjoyable and 10% paperwork.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

An initial session may feel somewhat like an interview. I will ask a lot of questions, but do try to keep it conversational. My efforts in asking questions is to help narrow in on a likely diagnosis and thus determine effective treatment plans.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In most of my professional roles, I have been complimented for my ability to get even the most therapy opposed individuals to open up and explore their stressors very early on. I'm able to help others lower their defenses and feel as if they are speaking with a good friend rather than a 'suit'.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I genuinely working with clients from a varied background, but my largest interest is young adults in college or early into their careers. My clients are excited to develop useful coping skills as well as gain new personal insights. They often are seeking an alternative perspective to how they've viewed longstanding issues in their lives.
