If you've ever felt like the weird friend, you're my people. I have eclectic interests and tend to think outside of the box. I have crunchy roots combined with extensive academic training and experience to bring a balanced perspective of what many people would consider "alternative therapies." I think the western models of mental healthcare are missing the mark by over diagnosing and pathologizing what is often a range of normal human experience. By focusing on the person in front of me and taking all their life experiences into consideration, we work to heal mental/emotional strain relationally together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I do my best to show up authentically with my clients so that you feel seen as a person and not a number. My focus is person centered and revolves around rapport building early on which includes ensuring that your needs are being heard and we are tracking with your therapy goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Listening to and trusting my client's intuition and maintaining a balance between relational healing, trialing alternative therapies, and knowing when it is appropriate to incorporate other modalities of care including prescription management or other referrals.
