Hello there! Thank you for stopping by, and congratulations on taking the first step towards a more self-improved you. I have been in the mental health field for almost 15 years, practicing as an LPC for almost 3 years. Counseling can be scary, but being open to change and vulnerability shows great courage. I have always been passionate about people, and helping others, showing compassionate and empathy. As a valued listener, people often seek me out when they have experienced personal issues, trauma and stressors. Through your journey, I will provide a safe atmosphere in order to begin to face the complexities you are facing, help change your narrative to a more helpful narrative, and we will work together, to achieve your identified goal and success. In therapy, we work to understand yourself in new ways that feel more accepting, empowering, and extensive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll do brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I believe in building rapport and trust, which is the foundation of a promising therapeutic relationship. This will help create an individual, tailored plan for us to work through in your future sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having been in the field for almost 15 years, I am well versed in the mental health complexities, and that there is not a cookie cutter approach. I realize and understand that each person is their own individual, and with that comes an individual tailored plan to your success. I believe I provide a safe, trusting, empathetic atmosphere, to help guide you. I value getting to know you as the client, identify the root cause of your challenges and empowering a collaborative approach in creating a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
