Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from Barry University of Florida and have been practicing for 7 years. I am passionate about helping individuals who are facing life's challenges. I work teenagers and adults struggling with anxiety, depression other mental health issues. I endeavor to collaborate clients to become the best versions of themselves.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, we will discuss confidentiality. Then dive into the specific challenges you're facing the compel you to come to therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with various of individuals and couples for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with individuals from different walks of life. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.
