My entire career has been driven by a desire to help others live their best life. I find inspiration in nature, music, and the creative arts ~ I believe these avenues allow us to connect deeply with our feelings and positively influence our mood and ability to find joy in the simple things life has to offer. My approach to therapy emphasizes self-care, encourages you to connect deeply with your emotions and feelings, and focuses on growth towards personal goals of well-being and happiness.
Our first session is all about getting comfortable, building connection, and really understanding what brings you in. We’ll talk through what’s been going on and start shaping clear, meaningful goals for the work ahead.
I think my biggest asset as a therapist is my ability to connect with my clients - I see you, I hear you, I get you. In my opinion, the client-therapist connection plays such a huge role in the success of therapy. Having someone “on your team” that validates you, and supports you unwaveringly is such a powerful thing. You can do anything, but you don’t have to do it alone - let’s do this together.
I enjoy working with clients who value a balance of support and forward movement. That means having a place to process what’s going on, while also finding practical ways to handle challenges differently and feel more in control. When you feel stuck or torn, I help you sort through the noise and get clear on what actually matters to you. It’s a real, honest conversation that builds motivation and turns intention into steps you’re ready to take.

This is your space to just be human—messy, honest, and real. I’m there to listen, reflect, and help you make sense of things so you can feel more grounded, supported, and a little lighter walking out than you did coming in.
