Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

It is important for me to acknowledge that making an appointment with a new therapist and showing up is a big step. Trying new things can be scary and it is my goal to create a calm and supportive space. You can expect to be heard and given the opportunity to express your goals and hopes for the future. I normally schedule my session for 60 minutes, but if you are looking for a shorter session time, please let me know and I can work with your schedule.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is the ability to listen to my clients with compassion. While I might have had a similar experience, or not at all, how we interpret situations is different and unique to everyone. I am experienced in post-partum depression, trauma, abuse, domestic violence, crisis management, grief, anger management , self-esteem, mood disorders , anxiety and panic , Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) , self-harm, compassion fatigue, workplace issues

Holly has been the biggest blessing! I was extremely hesitant to come back to therapy, but she is so easy to talk to that it was very easy and it made a huge difference after even the first session. She shared resources that resonated with me and made me more aware of the way that I was thinking, which allowed me to correct myself as the problematic thoughts occurred. I cannot recommend Holly enough!

I was nervous for the first session of therapy not knowing what to expect. Holly came on the screen and gave a warm welcome, I knew I was going to get along with her great. Throughout the session, I felt like I was talking to someone who truly made me feel seen & heard. She not only reassured my feelings but opened my eyes to things that I wasn't seeing prior that made a lot of sense. The hour flew by and I didn't want it to end. I will definitely be booking another session. 1000/10

Talking with Holly is always a feel good experience, she’s very kind authetic and knows what tool to give to aid her clients. Very good at listening and making a safe space to open up and talk about life situations and emotions. I recommend.
