New to Grow
Are you tired of a robotic, dull, and systematic therapist? Or maybe this is your first time seeing a therapist? Hi, I’m Mark Bayard, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns of overthinking, or navigating difficult transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy for support with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, burnout, identity exploration, or substance use challenges. My goal is to walk alongside you as we make sense of what you’re experiencing and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive environment. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from this process. You can expect me to listen well or ask questions to assist. Just as important, this session gives you the chance to see if you feel comfortable working with me. If you’re attending virtually and prefer not to be on camera, that’s completely okay. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to engage in a way that works best for you.
Empathetic, patient, safe, non-judgmental, active in session and readily available.
I strongly believe therapy should feel like a supportive, non-judgmental space, where you can be fully yourself. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, identity struggles and burnout using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Whether you're feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking or just need to recalibrate, I’m here to walk alongside you. I'm ready to guide you in a safe, supportive environment, to explore challenges and develop effective, actionable coping strategies.
