New to Grow
I am a licensed therapist with over 14 years of clinical experience providing a compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach to therapy. I work with young adults, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to foster healing, growth, and meaningful change.
During our first session, we will take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and the goals you hope to work toward. My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, allowing you to feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we will begin building a collaborative plan tailored to your needs while creating a safe space for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I bring a compassionate, grounded, and trauma-informed approach to each session, creating a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood. My strengths include building strong therapeutic relationships, quickly identifying core emotional patterns, and translating insight into practical, real-life coping strategies. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to support meaningful change while honoring each client’s pace and individuality. My approach stands out for being both supportive and direct, helping clients feel empowered to grow with clarity and confidence.
I am best positioned to support young adults (17+), adults, and seniors who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who may appear “fine” on the outside but internally struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional exhaustion, or difficulty coping with change. I work well with clients who are seeking a supportive and nonjudgmental space to process emotions, improve self-awareness, build healthier coping skills, and create more balance in their lives and relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented, helping clients feel empowered while working toward meaningful and lasting change.
