Hi, I’m Danielle! I’m an English/Spanish-speaking licensed psychotherapist who helps people figure out who they are underneath all the stress, trauma, and survival mode. Healing is not linear (seriously, it’s more like a maze), and giving yourself grace and permission to focus on you is key.

I’ve spent the last 6 years helping clients to work through trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples therapy, ptsd, and anger disorders—basically, a full tour of the emotional landscape. My goal is to help you rediscover who you are and rise into the upgraded version of yourself.
First session
In a nonjudgmental safe space, you will share with me whatever you feel comfortable with at your own pace. If you feel like you have 18 tabs open in your head, and you don't know where the music is coming from, then I'm here to help you lighten the load. I make sure that every client gets their own unique and individualized approach, treatment plans, and goals. I meet the client where they are at. This isnt about my agenda, its about the client and their needs being met. If you’re ready for real progress, I’m here.

I know what works, I know what doesn’t, and I get it in a way most people don’t. My goal is to be the therapist I wish I had—someone skilled, direct, and still a real human you can actually talk to.
