I am a LMHC virtual therapist who works evenings and weekends till midnight to help you with either short-term solution-focused support and/or deeper psychoanalytical work, including shadow work, to help you understand the patterns that keep repeating in your life- and how to break them for good. Because many adults need support outside traditional hours, I offer evening and weekend sessions with no long-term commitment, so the sessions fit your lifestyle and meet your immediate needs. If you are going through major turning points- considering divorce, managing elder care decisions, coping with estrangement, or trying to understand the dynamics of a difficult partner or parent. I help you make sense of what's happening, strengthen your internal clarity, and take grounding steps forward.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

You will always know where we are going and why. I can be a grounding support and help you notice and name what is making you emotional, so you can stop doubting yourself. Emotions are never wrong, because they're your emotions. Clarity about situations and the reason you contact a therapist varies by situation. With the information you provide, a clear and doable plan can take place

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

In the first session, calm, compassion, structure, and mood regulation, if needed, take priority to understand best what you may need. You may need to vent. Whatever your situation is, therapy should be all about you. I am direct, honest, deeply compassionate, and quite humorous at times. I don't waste your time, and I don't dance around the truth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I truly enjoy being part of an investigative team with my client, humbly serving them with support and watching them grow in enlightenment. That is when I get the message from them that their hard work paid off- problem solved (short term) or starting a new beginning because they uncovered old situations (self-analysis) that no longer hinder their sense of happiness.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

Validation of taking the first step toward healing and growth is to build a therapist-client alliance. My work begins with compassion, emotional safety, and empathy. This approach helps reduce shame, rebuild inner security, and support clients who have experienced criticism, manipulation, or relational trauma (particularly when in contact with narcissistic encounters.

Eclectic

Eclectic therapy means choosing the right approach for the right person. Every client has a different personality, learning style, and way of processing emotions. In our first sessions, we explore what feels natural and effective for you. I often use a reality-based therapeutic approach to get to the core issues quickly, clarify what you want to change, and help you decide how you want to explore your inner world. This flexible approach ensures therapy is tailored to your strengths rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

If the client needs a more goal-oriented, short-term approach, SFT or DBT, to help identify what is working, what could benefit your situation with change, the goal is to move forward in a direction, as opposed to analyzing the problem. We focus on strengths, your internal resources, and moments where things are right. In sessions, we look for specific issues you are facing- whether it is a communication breakdown, a family conflict, emotional overwhelm, or a sudden or repeated trigger- we work together to create clear, realistic steps that bring relief and direction. This method is especially helpful when needing clarity quickly or trying to regain a sense of self-control . Call me when you are angry for example.

Psychoanalytic

I genuinely enjoy exploratory work, such as breaking generational cycles, healing identity wounds, or understanding longstanding emotional patterns, which leads to psychoanalytic work. I utilize Carl Jung's shadow concepts and exploration to uncover unconscious beliefs about ourselves and inherited patterns that our mind hides to protect itself, which is actually the key to self-sabotage and to eroding your sense of self, leaving uncovered wounds that morph into insurmountable issues from regret and the inability to...
