New to Grow
I am a warm, compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have over 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, life transitions, everyday stressors, and more. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season or looking to better understand yourself and your relationships, I am here to help you feel empowered, supported, and capable of moving forward with confidence.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free space. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you may be experiencing, and the goals you hope to work toward. I’ll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, lifestyle, and emotional well-being so I can better understand your unique experiences and strengths. The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and get a feel for whether we are a good fit. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.
I believe that healing and growth happen through genuine connection, self-awareness, and learning to trust your own inner wisdom. My approach is collaborative and affirming, helping clients build on their strengths while using their own insights to guide meaningful change.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages who may be navigating everyday life stressors, anxiety, depressed mood, trauma, or major life transitions. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work well with individuals who are seeking healthier coping skills, emotional balance, improved self-esteem, and stronger relationships. Whether someone is feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or healing from past experiences, my goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence as they move toward meaningful and lasting change.
