Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a San Francisco native, a military veteran, and a lifelong art lover who finally found the courage to answer my truest calling during the whirlwind of 2020. I haven’t looked back since. I am deeply passionate about bridging the gaps in mental health care and destigmatizing therapy—because taking care of your mind should be as normal as taking care of your body. When I’m not in the therapist chair, my life is beautifully full. I’m a homeschooling mom to six incredible girls (yes, six!), married to my childhood sweetheart, and a big fan of making meals from scratch and catching a double feature at the drive-in movie theater. My Approach I bring that same blend of heart, dedication, and real-world chaos into my practice. I take a direct, down-to-earth approach, and I love working with people who are truly ready to show up, connect, and do the work. My space is for teens and adults navigating messy transitions, trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. Whether you are running on fumes or struggling with a loud inner critic, my goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where you can drop the mask, laugh, cry, and be totally honest. Together, we’ll unpack the heavy stuff so you can finally learn to love, see, and choose yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is all about setting the cruise control and getting comfortable. There is absolutely no pressure to dive into the heavy stuff right away. Instead, think of this as a casual pit stop where we can get to know each other, build up trust, and make sure we are a good fit. I like to take things entirely at your pace. In our work together, you are the driver, and I am in the passenger seat with the map. You choose where we go and how fast we get there; I’m just here to help you navigate the tricky turns. What to Expect: No Judgment, Just Connection: We will chat about what brought you in, but also about what makes you you. Setting the Foundation: We will start mapping out what you want your journey to look like, completely on your terms. Creating Your Safe Zone: My main goal for day one is to begin building a space where you feel entirely safe, completely free, and ready to learn how to show up as your whole, authentic self.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out most about my therapeutic approach is that what you see is exactly what you get. I am authentically myself in the therapy room—no clinical robot act, no stuffy jargon, and absolutely no code-switching. I show up as a real human being because I believe you can't learn to be your whole, authentic self if your therapist is wearing a mask. My methods are entirely eclectic. Because I work with everything from everyday life stress to complex trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I pull from a wide variety of therapeutic tools to tailor our sessions to exactly what you need in the moment. The Dynamic & The Results You Drive, I Navigate: I operate from the belief that you are the expert on your own life. You are in the driver's seat, and I’m in the passenger seat with the map. We go at your pace, navigating the twists and turns together. A Direct Yet Compassionate Style: I am a direct therapist. I love working with people who are ready to show up and do the work, but that directness is always wrapped in deep warmth, humor, and a completely judgment-free environment. The Ultimate Result: We aren’t just aiming for temporary symptom relief. The goal of our work together is deep, lasting transformation: bridging the gaps in your healing, shattering a loud inner critic, and helping you walk away with the ability to truly love, see, and choose yourself.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve teens and adults who are tired of pretending they have it all figured out. My ideal clients are often navigating messy life transitions, chronic stress, or the deep impact of trauma, PTSD/CPTSD, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders. They might look like they are holding it together on the outside, but on the inside, they are running on fumes—struggling with a loud inner critic, a bad habit of people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from who they really are. I take a direct, down-to-earth approach, and I love working with people who are truly ready to show up, do the work, and connect. My space is for the individuals who want to drop the perfectionist mask, laugh, cry, and be totally transparent. Together, we will unpack the heavy stuff and build practical tools to handle life's chaos. Ultimately, I best serve those who are ready to stop just surviving and are brave enough to learn how to love, see, and choose themselves.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I am a very eclectic style of therapist. I do not believe there is a one size fits all approach to therapy. I tend to pull from many modalities and when called for focus on one, however this is all based on the needs of the person I am working with. I have also learned that every situation is not void of color so mixing and matching has been my way of adding that color.
