Hi, I’m a licensed therapist who is passionate about helping people build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with themselves. I work with individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—especially those navigating anxiety, life transitions, burnout, or challenges in relationships. My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and rooted in empathy. I often draw from feminist and systems perspectives, which means I don’t just look at symptoms—I help you understand the deeper patterns, environments, and experiences shaping how you feel. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back while also building practical tools to help you feel more confident, empowered, and aligned in your life. Clients often come away from our work with a stronger sense of self, clearer boundaries, and the ability to navigate emotions and relationships with more ease and intention. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and able to grow in ways that feel meaningful to you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say; I’ll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions to help us begin. We’ll also go over any relevant background, patterns you’ve noticed in your life or relationships, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This session is as much about you getting a feel for me as it is about me understanding you—your comfort and sense of safety matter. By the end of our time, we’ll start to identify goals and a direction for our work together, while making sure you feel heard, supported, and clear on what comes next.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to see the full picture of a person’s life—both internally and within the systems they exist in. I don’t just focus on surface-level symptoms; I help clients understand the deeper patterns, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape how they experience themselves and the world. I’m especially skilled at helping clients strengthen their relationship with themselves. Many of the people I work with struggle with self-worth, comparison, or feeling “not enough,” and I bring a thoughtful, compassionate lens that helps them move toward greater self-trust, clarity, and emotional resilience. My approach is grounded in empathy, insight, and collaboration. I integrate feminist and systems perspectives, which allows me to validate clients’ lived experiences while also gently challenging the narratives that may be keeping them stuck. Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen and understood in our work, while also gaining practical tools and meaningful insight. I also incorporate a Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed perspective, supporting clients in developing a more respectful, sustainable relationship with their bodies and overall wellbeing—without shame or rigid expectations. This is just one part of my broader approach, which always centers the whole person. What makes me unique is my ability to balance depth and practicality—helping clients not only understand themselves on a deeper level, but also make real, lasting changes in how they show up in their lives and relationships.
