My work as a therapist has given me the privilege of supporting people from many different backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Through these experiences, I've come to appreciate that while our stories are unique, many of us share similar struggles: wanting to feel connected, understood, accepted, and at peace within ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, self compassion, and growth. Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I aim to provide a space where healing, insight, and meaningful change can emerge.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. I'll invite you to share what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and begin exploring what matters most to you. Together, we'll identify goals and discuss how therapy can best support your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a genuine, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I combine compassion with practical tools drawn from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I help clients better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels more aligned with their values and goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected, or going through a difficult season of life. Many of my clients want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, build confidence, manage emotions more effectively, or find greater meaning and direction. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

I provide a compassionate, person centered approach where we work together to better understand your emotions, experiences, and patterns. I will help you build self awareness, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps you develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions while focusing on the values that matter most to you. Together, we'll build flexibility and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to live.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS helps us explore the different parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion. By understanding and healing these inner parts, clients often experience greater self-acceptance, clarity, and emotional balance.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT teaches practical skills to manage intense emotions, reduce stress, improve relationships, and navigate life's challenges more effectively. Together, we'll build tools that support lasting change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness helps you become more present and aware of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. This approach can reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and support emotional well-being.
