During our initial session, we will explore your background and concerns in detail in a confidential and compassionate therapy environment. We will establish a specialized treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your needs.

The areas that are my biggest strength as a clinician is my ability to truly listen to my clients and address their needs individually. Therapy treatment is tailored specifically to meet the needs and goals of each clients. I offer a relaxed, non-judgemental and warm environment in our sessions while integrating a holistic mind-body approach.

I work with individuals and couples who are 18 and over who are struggling with anxiety, mood disorder( ex: depression,) stress management, relationship issues, struggling to resolve past trauma, those seeking to improve their self-worth/self-esteem. I explore techniques with my clients how to establish healthy boundaries, learn positive communication techniques, healthy conflict resolution techniques as well as learn ways to assert their needs in a healthy way in their relationships.
