This includes adults, ages 18-70, dealing with transitional issues such as independence and academic stress; navigating career changes and relationship shifts; and improving interpersonal communication skills within work environments and important relationships. I also support individuals facing mental health challenges, those undergoing significant life transitions, and clients with specific personal development goals. Additionally, my practice includes individuals from marginalized communities dealing with identity and systemic issues, as well as those struggling with relationship dynamics. Clients often seek coping skills and resilience-building strategies, and I provide tailored support for members of the LGBTQ+ community regarding identity exploration and relationship dynamics. My role is to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to foster personal growth and well-being while utilizing my expertise and empathy to help clients navigate their challenges.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

In learning and utilizing this approach, I focused on reexamining and reshaping irrational thought patterns to improve emotional responses and overall quality of life.
