Hello! My name is Arashi but I’d prefer Ari. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and I am grateful to be considered to be part of your journey. Embarking on the self work and healing journey can be scary, and it is important to prioritize taking care of your mental health to lead a peaceful and fulfilled life. I will guide and support you throughout your therapeutic journey, you don’t have to do it alone! As a FL Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH#24046), specialize working with individuals who struggle or have struggled with narcissistic abuse, family/relationship issues, immigrants struggling with acculturation & the current political climate. I support LGBTQIA individuals as well as young professionals & college students seeking to better understand themselves.
Clients can expect to feel hope and empowerment as we work together to achieve their specific goals. The sessions are client driven and I work with you to identify your therapeutic needs. I provide a relaxed environment and gentle approach.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to support and encourage you to achieve your goals in therapy. I use a holistic and trauma informed approach, as well as evidence based practices, and various therapeutic modalities and techniques depending on your individual needs.
I love working with adults who may be experiencing difficult life transitions, relationship issues, self esteem issues, complex family dynamics, grief, LGBTQ, survivors of narcissistic abuse, etc. My ideal client is eager to learn, grow, change and embrace their healing journey.

I utilize techniques such as reframing and psycho education to support potential clients in challenging unhelpful thoughts and reframing them. I support clients in understanding how thoughts may influence feelings and behaviors, and impact your life.
I use various DBT techniques to assist clients in improving mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation skills, and interpersonal effectiveness.
