About me

Hello! My name is Arashi, although I would prefer to be called Ari. I believe you are the expert of your own experience and I am grateful to be considered to be part of your journey. Embarking on the self work and healing journey can be scary, and it is important to prioritize taking care of your mental health to lead a peaceful and fulfilled life. I will guide and support you throughout your therapeutic journey, you don’t have to do it alone! As a FL Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH#24046) and PA Licensed Professional Counselor (PC018981), I specialize working with individuals who struggle or have struggled with narcissistic abuse, family/relationship issues, immigrants struggling with acculturation & the current political climate. I support LGBTQIA individuals as well as young professionals & college students seeking to better understand themselves.

Ari is amazing! She makes me realize how helpful therapy is in my situation and how much better off I am by doing the work that she makes me do. At the same time, I feel protected and safe, but pushed to take a hard look at what is really happening in my life at this time. When I feel like it is all too much, she gives me the courage to keep going and the hope that there is a light at the end of this dark tunnel. Thank you sooo much!
