Jonell was very easy to talk and open up to. She listened empathetically and then offered suggestions that didn’t overwhelm me, but rather i could see the value in. Before we spoke I was in crisis mode, but now, after speaking with her, we came up with actionable plan that makes me feel much better. She is also going to send me a podcast through the portal that she thinks will help me and we will discuss it at our next session. I look forward to speaking with her again soon.
