I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing concerns with, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, critical self-talk, interpersonal relationships, emotional dysregulation, and parent/child conflict and connection. I have worked in various clinical settings providing crisis stabilization and therapy services to individuals of all ages. Jonell was very easy to talk and open up to. She listened empathetically and then offered suggestions that didn’t overwhelm me, but rather i could see the value in. Before we spoke I was in crisis mode, but now, after speaking with her, we came up with actionable plan that makes me feel much better. She is also going to send me a podcast through the portal that she thinks will help me and we will discuss it at our next session. I look forward to speaking with her again soon.
