Hi, my name's Edmundo Carrion and I've worked with clients in a variety of settings including crisis/detox, residential, and outpatient, and I even spent some time working to rehabilitate individuals looking to reintegrate themselves back into society. These experiences have shown me the reliance and perseverance of the human spirit. I empower clients to navigate life changes, stressful situations, as well as periods of self-doubt. I hope to be able to help you build on your strengths to continue your journey through life.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I'll be asking you about what brings you to therapy and what you're currently doing to navigate the situation you find yourself in. We'll go over some basic expectations for therapy so everyone is on the same page and I'll do my best to answer any questions you have.

In addition to my humor, my biggest strengths include helping people establish healthier boundaries in order to increase their self-care and sense of self-worth. I'm also pretty direct when it comes to providing feedback as being honest in the therapeutic process is important on both sides.

In SFBT, we're taking a look at what you're currently doing to help yourself and continuing to build on the positives. The idea is searching for the things that are within your control that can serve as solutions to your problem to help you feel more empowered.
