I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida, and I began my social work career in 2011. I bring a grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to the therapy space. My style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported. I work to create a safe space where we can explore what healing and growth look like for you. I aim to build clarity, confidence, and tools that last beyond the session.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is all about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. We'll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of it, and any specific challenges you're currently facing. I will ask questions about different areas of your life to get a fuller picture of your experiences. We'll also talk through any past mental health or medical history.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is my ability to meet people exactly where they are, with compassion, without judgement, and with a deep respect for their lived experience. I bring a calm, grounded presence to difficult spaces.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I provide therapy to individuals navigating life's transitions, whether that's stepping into adulthood, managing grief and loss, or coping with overwhelming stress. Whether you're facing a major life shift, managing anxiety or depression, or simply seeking clarity and growth, I'm here to help you move forward with intention.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've had the privilege of working with clients across diverse backgrounds and life stages. One of the core modalities I frequently utilize is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I appreciate CBT for its structured, evidence-based approach, which helps clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and maladaptive behaviors. In my practice, I tailor CBT techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. I use CBT to foster insight, build coping skills, and support long-term behavioral change while also blending in warmth, validation, and culturally sensitive care.
