My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Conduct individual, family or couples therapy focusing on identifying negative thoughts and replacing with more positive ones. I assist the patients on breaking down problems and help them develop appropriate coping skills. Focus includes learning new problem-solving skills and how to face fears and challenges. The objective it to learn to apply these skills in real life experiences. Assist clients in developing cognitive coping strategies in an attempt to change negative perception or conception behaviors to reduce negative affects of stress.
