LCSW, 15 years of experience
Hi, I’m Alex, a trauma specialist and a somatic therapist. I have 15 years of experience helping individuals heal from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, drug addiction, narcissistic abuse, and gaslighting recovery. As a somatic trauma therapist, I help adults gently reset their nervous systems and reprocess stuck pain without rehashing the past. My goal is for therapy to feel more like a safe, honest conversation than clinical talk therapy. My aim is that you leave sessions with more clarity, more calm, and a renewed sense of who you are beneath the survival mode.
In our first session, we’ll explore your story and any challenges you’re currently facing. We’ll begin identifying areas where you feel stuck and introduce tools and techniques to facilitate your calm reset. My sessions are designed to feel casual and conversational, like having a cup of coffee with a friend. I like to create a safe, comfortable space where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. Ready to start your healing journey? Let’s connect and create your path toward peace and strength.
I am a somatic therapist. I take a nervous system regulation approach. Most clients come to me after feeling let down by years of talk therapy. They’re looking for something deeper and finally find relief through a nervous system-first approach.
If you have ever faced moments where getting out of bed felt impossible, overwhelmed by hopelessness, anxiety, and feeling stuck. My mission is to help others experience a transformative reset in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and narcissistic abuse. I use effective and trauma-informed therapies like Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can bring rapid and lasting relief from traumatic memories. I help my clients experience what I call a calm reset—a grounded, transformative shift toward peace, clarity, and personal empowerment. You’ll leave our sessions feeling lighter, more in control, and reconnected to your true self.
Brainspotting is a trauma technique that is used to address trauma and emotional distress. It focuses on identifying, processing, and releasing emotional and physical pain.
If you have difficulty developing and maintaining stable and healthy relationships. With an attachment-based approach, I can help clients form secure and meaningful relationships in adulthood by providing tools that allow individuals to become more securely attached.
