Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I will talk to you about the intake paperwork you read before we meet. I want you to fully understand the limits of a counseling relationship. I will ask you lots of questions. You might feel uncomfortable at first, because I will learn details about your life, and you will know very little about me. I don't expect you to tell me everything the first time we meet. It will take time to build a trusting relationship and for you to feel comfortable sharing private information. I will move at your pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My job is to hold space for you as you explore your life and search for answers to your questions. I may not have the answers but I will sit with you and attempt to guide you in the direction you desire for your life.

I work with adults that are dealing with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and women dealing with cancer-related issues.
