If you're a high-functioning, driven person who looks like you have it together—but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone. You may be used to being the strong one… the dependable one… the one everyone leans on. But lately, it’s starting to feel exhausting. You might find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or constantly pushing through your day while feeling mentally drained. At some point, coping stops feeling like living. Clients who work with me often go from: • Constant overthinking → feeling more mentally clear and present • People-pleasing → setting boundaries with confidence • Anxiety-driven decisions → trusting themselves • Emotional exhaustion → feeling more balanced and in control The time we spend together will be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t have to keep pushing through this alone. In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, begin to understand your patterns, and identify a few clear next steps so you leave feeling supported, grounded, and not alone in it. In our work together, you won’t just vent—you’ll learn how to feel different in your everyday life.
One of my greatest strengths is helping you slow down and make sense of what you’re feeling—without judgment. I bring a grounded, supportive presence that helps you feel safe to open up, while also guiding you toward real change. Together, we’ll build your confidence, quiet the anxiety, and help you show up for yourself in a more aligned way.
I welcome clients who are ready to actively engage in the therapy process and are looking for both emotional support and practical tools for change. I primarily work with adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, and self-worth challenges—especially those who are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed internally. I also intentionally create space for women of color and Black women who are used to being “the strong one” and are ready to feel supported, seen, and understood.
