In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we focus on building a genuine connection. We'll explore what’s been weighing on your heart, begin to understand your unique challenges, and create a clear, supportive plan for moving forward together. This is your time to feel seen, heard, and supported from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is the way I prioritize my own self-care, so I can be fully present, grounded, and consistent for you. I understand how hard it can be to pour into yourself when the world constantly demands more. By modeling what it looks like to protect my peace and nurture my self-worth, I help guide you in doing the same—so you can reclaim your confidence, quiet the anxiety, and finally start showing up for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I specialize in supporting adults 18 and older who are navigating the challenges of anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and codependency. My ideal client may be a college or professional school student, or a working adult facing high expectations, career stress, or relationship struggles. I’m passionate about supporting people from all backgrounds, and as a Black woman, I hold a special space for Black women and people of color in their healing journeys. You may find yourself overwhelmed by life transitions, stuck in people-pleasing patterns, or questioning your self-worth. Perhaps social situations feel draining, or you’re constantly overextending yourself to avoid disappointing others. You’re ready for change—you just need a safe, affirming space to begin. Together, we’ll work to manage anxiety, set healthier boundaries, build confidence, and help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

As a Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional, I also incorporate mindfulness and breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and create space for healing and self-love.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help you get clear on the life you truly want—your values, goals, and vision for overall wellness—so we can start taking intentional steps toward it right away. This approach is sometimes brief but always powerful, focusing on what’s working and how to build more of it in your day-to-day life.
