I believe in the power of growth , change and the ability to overcome. I have experience in working with substance abuse concerns, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, domestic violence and PTSD. I believe that we have God given tools to fight and move forward in our lives and truly heal from the hurts from our past and can build a future to look forward to. I look forward to walking along side you in your journey of healing!
My ultimate goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to share as much as they want in the areas that they want to process, see change, and find growth and new skills to help manage whatever it is that is in front of them, both positive and negative.
My biggest strength that I have been able to learn a lot in the field and love to share these things with people!
I enjoy walking through life with people as I meet them! I consider it a true privilege to be along for the journey of your life. I work a lot of with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma issues and attachment style concerns and how they impact our lives.
DBT is something that I have practiced for years both personally and professionally and love it! It is empowering to find a new way to process our thoughts and behaviors!
