I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change happens through a combination of self-understanding, practical support, and a strong therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and able to explore their experiences without judgment. You don’t have to carry this pain alone. I am here to help. I believe healing should be affordable and accessible, and I offer high-quality, affordable therapy tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients overcome distress, process difficult experiences, and move toward a more peaceful, balanced, and focused life. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide a warm, supportive space along with practical tools to guide you toward genuine healing, peace, and freedom. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who may appear “fine” on the outside while internally struggling with overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we work to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, stronger boundaries, and greater self-trust. Whether you come to therapy with a specific goal or simply a sense that something in your life needs to change, you are welcome here. “You’re not broken — you’re hurting, and that’s different.”

My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience. My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress. I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

I believe that compassion and self-love are powerful tools that allow us to overcome life’s challenges and mental health struggles. By fostering a nonjudgmental and understanding environment, we can acknowledge that perfection is not the goal—growth is. Each person is unique, processing experiences in their own way and at their own pace. Through patience, collaboration, and consistency, we can achieve meaningful goals and build resilience together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my purpose is to help others just as I was once helped. My personal journey—marked by life experiences, challenges, and both right and wrong choices—has guided me toward the most rewarding profession: supporting others in their healing. “As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has—or ever will have—something inside that is unique to all time. It’s our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression.” —Fred Rogers Not to steal from Mr. Rogers, but that is what I love about therapy--the uniqueness of each individual that I meet and the opportunity to collaborate with them to move forward in life with the resources needed for self-healing and an increased awareness of their own value, relationship building skills, and confidence in their ability to handle and resolve conflict in its many forms. I am a relational, somatic, harm reductionist practitioner. I believe therapy looks different for each person, and taking the time to figure out what that looks like together is a meaningful part of our work in itself. I am not afraid to challenge you, but I will also be a safe place for you to land--I'll make you a cup of tea or join you in throwing things at my wall. I celebrate whimsy and I honor deep internal rage, because life is a spectrum, and healing doesn't happen in a linear or organized way most of the time. We're all enigmas, and isn't that the most fascinating and wonderful thing! We all deserve someone who will take the time to learn who we are; I hope you'll grant me the honor of allowing me to know you.

I am a therapist who shows up with both professional expertise and lived experience. As a mom and wife, I understand firsthand how demanding, beautiful, overwhelming, and transformative life can be. I know what it feels like to juggle responsibilities, care for others, and still try to make space for yourself. That lived understanding shapes the way I support my clients. I don’t just teach coping skills — I honor the real‑life pressures that make those skills hard to practice. I meet people where they are, with compassion, clarity, and a belief that small, intentional shifts can create meaningful change. Mindfulness is a core part of how I move through my own life, and it naturally influences my work. I believe mindfulness isn’t about perfection or long meditation sessions — it’s about learning to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of everyday moments. Whether it’s a busy morning, a stressful conversation, or a moment of self‑doubt, mindfulness helps us slow down enough to respond rather than react. It’s a powerful tool for grounding, emotional regulation, and building resilience, and I weave it into therapy in simple, practical ways that fit real life. I work with teenagers navigating identity, self‑esteem, and life transitions; adults healing from trauma and unresolved emotional wounds; and individuals who feel overwhelmed by pressure, anxiety, or depression and struggle to find space for self‑care. My intention is always empowerment and transformation. I help clients understand their stories, break old patterns, strengthen their inner resources, and build lives that feel more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are. I walk alongside them with warmth, curiosity, and a steady belief in their capacity to grow.

If you are considering psychotherapy, you are taking the first step toward positive and lasting change. Through the process of guided self-exploration, you will become aware of the negative patterns of thinking and behaving which have often led to you not achieving the success you deserve. The goal is to help you end patterns that are not working by replacing them with healthy habits that will increase your wellbeing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I have a master’s in psychology and have been providing psychotherapy for the past 19 years. My professional and educational background have given me a very effective approach to treating clients who may be experiencing a variety of issues affecting their emotional wellbeing. I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents. I use evidenced based practices which have proven to increase client success. However, I recognize that every individual is unique and tailor my treatment in a way that is most beneficial to each of my clients. Ultimately, the goal in therapy is to empower my clients to become experts at facing life’s challenges in a calm and confident manner. You deserve to be happy. You deserve a new beginning. "Hope is the thing with feathers that perches in our soul, and sings the tunes without the words, and never stops at all." Emily Dickinson "As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I bring a wealth of therapeutic expertise and an unwavering commitment to supporting individuals and families on their unique journeys. I view counseling as a collaborative, confidential partnership where my primary role is to provide an empathetic and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. I employ a diverse array of therapy models and strategies, but I also recognize the immense power of simply listening and understanding. Together, we will delve into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, exploring their impact on both your personal well-being and your relationships with others. My approach is action-oriented and empathetic, geared towards identifying practical solutions for your current challenges, ultimately enhancing your outlook and circumstances. I understand that seeking counseling can be intimidating, and I want to assure you that my focus is not on judgment but on helping you resolve issues and make choices that align with your goals for a more fulfilling life. Sometimes, this may involve gentle challenges to facilitate personal growth, always rooted in a foundation of respect and empathy."

First and foremost, I am a Christian. While my faith in God is very strong, I work within the parameters established by my clients. If they do not believe, and do not request faith-based services, this will never come up in our work together, but I hope to treat you with all the compassion that Jesus would. That was the greatest compliment I ever had from a Lesbian client, that for the first time in her life, she felt treated as Jesus would have treated her. I am a trauma survivor myself. I know the difficult road back from childhood and adult traumatic events first-hand, not just from the textbooks. I dedicated my life and 35-year career running a nonprofit serving survivors of trauma--child abuse victims, veterans, domestic violence, sexual trauma, surviving family members of homicide victims, and terroristic attacks. It is unconscionable what human beings will do to one another, and it can perpetuate for generations if you neglect your own recovery. I am also a mediator and have had the honor of reconciling many marriages--some who even came to me for divorce and custody originally, wanting to save their marriage but not knowing what else to try. I've seen healing in many generational disputes, and in interventions with families trying to get an addicted or severely mentally ill member to treatment. I do Workplace Mediation and Eldercare and Guardianship Mediation as well. Have differences in parenting? Parenting and Discipline Planning are accomplished expeditiously in mediation. Want the perfect wedding gift? Give them Pre-marital or Re-marital Mediation so they can discuss and agree on life choices together before they get married and start arguing endlessly about them.

I specialize in helping individuals feel grounded, confident and less overwhelmed. Therapy with me focuses on reducing anxiety and depression, healing trauma patterns, strengthening self-trust, and improving communication, boundaries, and relationships so you can move out of survival mode and into a life that feels steady, aligned. This is a compassionate space for real change. My path into therapy began with a truth I’ve witnessed repeatedly—people can grow through even the most difficult seasons. Working across diverse mental health settings revealed the resilience individuals carry, even when they feel uncertain or stuck. Those experiences shaped my grounded, practical approach. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and supported. In private practice, I help clients work through anxiety, depression, self-doubt, trauma, and relationship challenges. Together, we slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and create changes that feel steady and sustainable. My goal is to help you feel balanced, confident, and deeply connected to yourself and others. You don’t need the perfect words or a clear plan to begin therapy. Just show up as you are, I’ll meet you there. My style is warm, collaborative, and straightforward. I listen carefully, ask meaningful questions, and offer practical tools to help you understand your patterns and respond with intention. I value authenticity over formality and bring honesty and at times humor, when it serves the work. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most, creating small, meaningful shifts that build lasting change. You’ll have space to reflect, practice new skills, and feel consistently supported.

Hello, I am a clinical psychologist who has been in practice sine 1999. I work with a general adult population, with my main focus being on PTSD, depression and anxiety. During the early stages of my career, I performed extensive psychological and neuropsychological testing. This helped me to understand the general workings of the brain and how important it is to utilize this knowledge in my therapy. I have found that helping my clients understand that mental illness is not "just in my head" or something I need to "get over' has been so very beneficial in people healing and taking control of their lives. I hope to have the opportunity to help you heal and make positive changes in your life.

At Eutierria Therapy, I focus on healing the individual and the collective by fostering a deeper connection to the Earth and ancestral wisdom. Together, we’ll explore your roots, build resilience, and strengthen your relationship with the land through mindfulness, land-based rituals, and somatic practices. Whether you're facing trauma, life transitions, or seeking spiritual connection, I’m here to support your journey toward wholeness. If you’re ready to reconnect with your heritage and the natural world, let’s work together to reclaim your sense of self and create a life of deep connection and empowerment.

I love listening to people's stories. And we all have powerful stories shaping our lives. I began my career in social services as an educator and moved into mental health, feeling compelled to address larger systems of wellbeing. I have worked, volunteered and supported schools, universities, hospital systems, crisis centers, and non-profits. These professional and personal experiences have given me a broad scope of practice and intersected with different populations. I was raised between the United States and Mexico and am fluent in Spanish and learning beginning Urdu/Hindi. I identify as a cisgender, straight Latina woman and a person of color with a soul for social justice and decolonizing mental health. I have a deep appreciation for native world views and Eastern spirituality, which will often find their way into my practice. I am also certified to teach yoga and facilitate the art of breathwork and meditation

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in New Jersey, working with both children and adults navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, generalized anxiety, depression, and OCD. Whether you're struggling with emotional regulation, racing thoughts, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, we will work together to better understand what’s going on and develop practical tools to help you move forward. My approach is active, direct, and solution-focused. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model; therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your specific needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and supportive therapy to help you build skills, increase insight, and create lasting change. I also recognize that starting therapy (or starting over) can be a big step. I aim to meet you where you are, while gently challenging you toward growth in a way that feels manageable and realistic. If you're looking for a therapist who is engaged, practical, and focused on helping you see progress, I’d be happy to connect

Hi there, my name is Katie Barton. My belief about the therapeutic relationship is this is one built one mutual trust, understanding and respect. My goals include working together to tell your story and develop creative thought and behavioral based solutions to overcome obstacles and develop more balance. Everyone has a story but sometimes cannot find an outlet to tell it. Do you feel stuck in your head unable to use your voice? Do you feel like patterns keep presenting and you cannot break free? Sometimes this story has deep and dark moments or complex traumas affecting the course of an individual's life. If you have moments in your story triggering PTSD, anxiety or depression, I would love to assist you through this and help change the areas no longer deserving of so much power in your life. I enjoy helping individuals work past areas in their mind causing them to feel stuck and disempowered. I hope to be able to work with you to feel empowered and brave enough to implement changes in your life. I believe anyone who is seeking therapy services is acting out of bravery and a willingness to improve one or multiple areas of life. I hope to work with you through this process to help you achieve this goal and manifest the change you are seeking in your life!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University. I have worked in the mental health field for over 8 years. I have worked with individuals with a variety of mental health diagnoses. I feel that understanding ourselves and the root causes of our negative emotions is essential for personal growth. Once we make connections and learn triggers to our behaviors then we can implement strategies to help improve negative or maladaptive thought patterns. I am a therapist who will listen and reflect on your everyday struggles. I will ask questions to provoke thoughts and challenge negative thought patterns.
