In our first session, my priority is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, the challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to see change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and create a plan that feels manageable and tailored to you. Many clients leave the first session feeling a sense of relief, clarity, and hope — along with practical tools they can start using right away.

EMDR
