(she/her)
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) as well as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) based in Texas. I received my master's degree from Lamar University. I am also currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology from Capella University. I enjoy helping everyone from different walks of life. I treat various mental health disorders as well as substance use disorders. I love helping others become the best versions of themselves.
Are you stuck and not too sure where to go? I believe that in providing therapy there are no one size fits all approaches. Everyone is unique. Everyone has their own individual experiences and challenges that they want to overcome. I feel that a therapeutic relationship is built on trust, communication and compassion. I am able to provide you with the tools you need.
As a clinician, I will be there to guide you through the process. I have several years of experience in the area of mental health and addictions. I will show you empathy and give a listening ear. Together we can determine the best path for your recovery.
I am best positioned to serve individuals and communities who are seeking support and understanding around a range of emotional, relational, and identity-related concerns. This includes clients experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges, as well as couples and families navigating relationship dynamics. I am also equipped to support members of the LGBTQIA+ community, those who identify as sex-positive or kink-friendly, and individuals exploring their authentic selves. My approach is compassionate, affirming, and tailored to help clients achieve their therapy goals, foster resilience, and enhance their overall well-being in a safe, non-judgmental space.
