In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Are you stuck and not too sure where to go? I believe that in providing therapy there are no one size fits all approaches. Everyone is unique. Everyone has their own individual experiences and challenges that they want to overcome. I feel that a therapeutic relationship is built on trust, communication and compassion. I am able to provide you with the tools you need.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a clinician, I will be there to guide you through the process. I have several years of experience in the area of mental health and addictions. I will show you empathy and give a listening ear. Together we can determine the best path for your recovery.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with a variety of people from all walks of life. Most people are eager to improve themselves, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With CBT we are able to identify what changes we would benefit from making concerning our choices and judgement. We also learn to identify our thoughts and feelings so we can then learn to change our actions.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Suicide Prevention (CBT-SP)

When using CBT-SP, we learn what led up to thoughts of suicide or actual attempts. We also learn how to change our thought process to prevent suicide.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

When using CPT, we learn how to handle our traumas and recovery gracefully.

Christian Counseling

With Christian Counseling, we benefit from faith and strength in our recovery.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling allows us to sit down and understand our partner to continue to grow together.
