In our first session, you and I will build a safe, nonjudgemental space where together we begin to explore the specific challenges that brought you to counseling. We'll look at the strengths, supports, and resources you already have in place. Using all of this, we'll create a unique plan that can help you accomplish your goals and dreams.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

For the last 12 years I have gained a wide range of experience in trauma, substance use, and mental health. This experience has prepared me to address concerns in children, adolescents, and adults from all different types of cultures and backgrounds. You are the expert in your life and it's time for you to regain control. I want to join you on your journey to living every day in a way that pleases you and your soul!

Sometimes we get lost along the way because we are living a life that is not in line with our core believes. When that happens, we begin to experience a dissonance that leaves us hurting and searching for relief. There is still so much shame surrounding mental health and addiction which I believe prevents us from asking for help. If you've reached a point in your life where you have decided that it's time to do you, then I commend you for having the courage to reach out. I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey!
