My treatment methods

Attachment-based

Attachment is the foundation for all of our relationships. When we are able to see where we had a breakdown in our attachment relationship, we are able to start doing work to heal and learn how to have healthy relationships with others.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I strive to challenge my clients faulty thoughts, beliefs and attitudes in a kind and supportive manner. We all have those faulty thoughts and once we learn to let go of them, we can start to change our behaviors and improve our mental health.
