Hello, I’m Pricila, LCSW. I am a Master’s-level Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience, and I provide psychotherapy services in both English and Spanglish. I am dedicated to helping individuals work toward a happier, healthier, and more balanced life. My guiding philosophy is to focus on what you can control while developing the insight and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges. Many of the clients I work with struggle with a persistent inner critic, unresolved emotions from past trauma, difficulty forming or maintaining healthy relationships, and challenges related to self-forgiveness and self-acceptance. I have experience working with clients ages 17 through older adulthood, supporting them through life transitions, emotional distress, and healing from painful experiences. My therapeutic approach emphasizes creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work collaboratively with clients to gain insight, unlearn unhealthy patterns, strengthen confidence, and develop self-acceptance through a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach. I value meeting clients where they are and honoring each individual’s lived experience.
Our initial session will focus on building rapport and helping you feel at ease. I understand that opening up to someone new can feel difficult, so you are encouraged to share only what feels comfortable. We will review intake paperwork and discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we will begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Following the session, I may provide educational materials and optional homework to support progress between sessions.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to offer genuine acceptance and nonjudgment. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship in which clients feel truly heard, respected, and understood. I bring extensive professional experience and personal insight into the effects of trauma and the symptoms that can arise from it. Our work may include identifying learned behaviors, restructuring unhelpful thought patterns, and developing healthier coping strategies to support long-term healing and emotional well-being. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations across cultures and life stages, reinforcing the importance of individualized, culturally responsive care.
I enjoy working with individuals who are seeking support, motivated to feel better, and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. Therapy requires effort, but it is a collaborative process, and we will work together at a pace that supports meaningful and lasting change. If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing, growth, and self-acceptance, I would be honored to work with you.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have utilized CBT in my practice for several years to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. By strengthening awareness of the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, CBT can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.
Compassion Focused
This approach supports the development of a kinder, more nonjudgmental relationship with oneself and others, fostering emotional healing, resilience, and improved well-being.
Grief Therapy
Grief can arise from many forms of loss, including the loss of a loved one, a relationship, physical abilities, or a lifestyle. I support clients in processing grief by exploring emotions, honoring their experiences, and identifying ways to move forward with meaning and support.

Her profile to me was what I enjoyed. She covers everything that I’m dealing it. So I was able to express my feelings openly. She’s calming and has a great personality. She shared with me about herself first and that’s what made me say. This is going to be okay. I thought she was going to just start talking professionally , meaning asking me do I know what certain things mean. But it allowed my nerves to relax. I knew it was a safe space to just be myself
