Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will be completing our assessment during the first 1-2 sessions, establishing goals, and collaborating regarding modalities for treatment. As my client, you can expect to be empowered, engage in some humor from time to time, and most of all, be comfortable with being yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My experience of being working across multiple fields gives me the advantage of having an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I use a combination of different modalities and methods during the therapeutic alliance. I enjoy sharing the realistic and human aspect of therapy, highlighting the positive changes from session to session, and incorporating a collaborative approach.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a passion to work with people of varying cultures; over the past 10 years, I have experience and comfort in working with all ages across various realms, including young children to elder adults. I also specialize in women's issues/postpartum needs.
